Processing and delivery
For U.S. orders of our Cordless Heated Eye Mask, estimated transit time is 5–8 days after dispatch. Processing time is additional: our fulfillment partner estimates 1–3 days for approximately 80% of orders. Some orders require longer processing.
These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Product availability, destination, holidays, customs clearance and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. The estimates above apply to eligible U.S. destinations. Availability and delivery times may differ for remote locations and territories.
Order tracking
When tracking information becomes available, we will provide it through your order’s shipping notification. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier receives a shipment.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you placed your order, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
Address changes and delivery problems
